Delivery, returns, sizing and payment — the questions we are asked most.
Where do you deliver?
The United Kingdom only. We do not ship to Ireland or to the rest of Europe.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery then takes 5–8 business days — 6–11 business days in total.
Will I be told when it ships?
Yes. You receive an order confirmation immediately, and a shipping confirmation once your parcel is packed and on its way.
Can I change my mind?
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within thirty days, without giving a reason — longer than the fourteen days required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our refund policy sets out how.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. All prices are shown in pounds sterling with tax included, and delivery is free.
How do I find my size?
Each product page carries the measurements as supplied to us. Our size guide gives UK, EU and US conversions. If you are unsure, write to info@street-wave.co.uk with the product link.
Do you make your own clothes?
No. Street-Wave selects and resells finished garments. We do not manufacture.
