Refund & returns policy

You can return any unworn item with original tags within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We process returns within 3 business days of receipt at our UK warehouse.

How to return

  • Email info@wellfieldllc.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  • We'll send you a prepaid UK returns label by reply.
  • Pack the item with tags attached and drop it at any Royal Mail point.
  • Refund lands on your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

What we can't accept

  • Items returned without tags or showing wear, makeup, fragrance, or alterations.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such on the product page).

Returns shipping is free for UK addresses. International returns are not currently supported — Street-Wave ships to the UK only.
