These terms govern your use of street-wave.co.uk and any purchases made on the site. Street-Wave is a trading name of Wellfield LLC.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Confirmation of an order does not constitute a contract — we may decline an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or for fraud-prevention reasons. In that case we'll refund any payment in full.
- Promo codes and seasonal offers cannot be combined and may be withdrawn at any time.
Delivery & returns
Detailed in our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Free UK delivery, 30-day returns, processing 1–3 business days, delivery 5–8 business days.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, photos, logos, code) is owned by Wellfield LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use it commercially without written permission.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product is the price you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
