Shipping policy

Free UK delivery on every order, no minimum.

Processing — orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our UK warehouse (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Delivery — once dispatched, parcels are delivered within 5–8 business days by Royal Mail or DPD, depending on size and destination postcode. Most UK orders arrive at the lower end of that window.

Coverage — Street-Wave ships to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. We do not ship outside the UK at this time.

Tracking — every order is fully tracked. If your tracking hasn't updated for 48 hours after dispatch, please email info@wellfieldllc.com and we'll investigate.

Address changes — if you need to amend the delivery address, contact us within 4 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, the address is locked by the carrier.
